The Fair Board not only plans the Fair all year, they cook the food some days.

They serve the food.

They bake the pies.

They solicit donations for plates and cups from Huhtamaki and Packer.

They organize the exhibits …and much more.

Pie prices, like the stock market lately, are volatile.

Yesterday pie was down 25% over Thursday. This may be due to supply and demand. There was a lot more pie in the market yesterday. (And we hope today.)
